Bedtime Story

Here we are enjoying a bedtime story with our faithful Bean. He likes to be near us in any way he can.

OBAMA!!!!

Though we couldn't stay awake long enough to see history being made, mommy and daddy took a picture to document the occasion. Auntie Danielle has promised to tell us all about that night and its importance when we get a little older.

Our 1st Halloween!

So mommy had written a clever narrative to accompany this post that accidently got deleted in her haste to get the post finished, but just know that prior to these pictures mommy was covered in an orange sweet potatoey substance that was projected from Avery's mouth. Please enjoy the pictures of Avery the Flower and Addison the Bee.

Authors are Awesome!

Here we are reading a children's book authored by mommy's dear friend Amy J. Maurer. She and mommy not only went to grad school together, but were roommates at the Lowe Mannor at UNI, along with our friend Jace's mommy. So here is our official marketing campaign for A Purple Hippopotamus Pillow and Pink Penguin Sheets.
Note the vibrant colors and large, easy to read text...

The auditorily pleasing use of alliteration....
the durable cover....

and eye catching illustrations!

Fall 2008

So life has been busy as usual at Casa de RumpTwins...between attending going away parties, birthday parties, traveling to Ottumwa to see relatives, and , as Daddy likes to call it, God's Portions Day, there has be little time to narrate our recent activities as usual. So here we are surrounded by plump pumpkins and gobs of gords at the pumpkin patch.

Here we are with Uncle Andy before he left for the Navy. We miss you Uncle Andy and hope that you are doing well!

Last Weekend

We spent last weekend watching the Iowa game at our friend Oliver's house. It was so much fun! There was jambalya and milk and Oliver serenaded us with his daddy's old recorder and Katelynn played the maracas. Mommy intended to get pictures of us with Oliver and Katelynn, but there was too much going on, and before mommy knew it the game was over (Hawks beat the Clowns in case you were wondering) and it was time to go home. We'll gets some pics next time. But here are some pics of us just hangin' out at home with mommy and daddy and Beans, and one of us at the Kensington with Great Grandma Jennings.
